What percentage of doctors in the Trust, broken down by grade, worked over 48 hours in a) 1 week, b) 13 weeks c) 26 weeks in the last 12 months. Also, what is the breakdown of banding for junior doctors in the Trust?
How many unfilled clinical posts the Trust currently has and what projections is the Trust making of staff shortfalls in the next 12 months?
How many locums the Trust has employed in each of the last three years, and at what total cost? What percentage of locum hours were used to cover unfilled permanent posts, and what percentage to provide extra capacity?
What assessment the Trust has made of the impact of the Working Time Directive? |

- Currently 19 unfilled clinical posts of which 11 are Trust posts and have been problematic to recruit to and therefore could be classed as a shortfall in the next 12 months.
