Written by FOI Lead

Case Number 2062

Details of the Request

What is the lowest resolution and sensitivity of your MRI machine and CT machine?

How much down can they go? e.g. 10μm, 1μm? Can they see fibrillar structure of tissue or bone structure with resolution of 1μm (micron) or what is their best resolution for tissue and bone?

Can you see cells and shape of cells?

Have you got any pictures and data to generate the pictures with details/resolution to very small scales (1 μmicron) that you could email me?
