I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of your organisations policy and/or guidance on Advanced Decisions (previously called Advanced Directives).
If you are currently harmonising policies as a result of the TCS process, please provide copies of all the legacy polices/guidance which is currently being use by staff employed by your organisation. |
