There are a number of accommodation opportunities for NHS staff and their families both onsite and through initiatives such as the Key Worker Living project.
As places in the hospital grounds are restricted, and may not be suitable for families, the Trust supports the government project to provide essential healthcare staff with accommodation close to where they work. Whilst property prices in this area are high, there is an abundance of rental accommodation and a growth in shared ownership schemes. With the good transport links, most areas are accessible in the region.

| Servite Houses |
|
St Peter’s Hospital has on-site accommodation for just under 400 key workers. All the accommodation is fully furnished and has free parking. There are two launderettes available to residents.
We have a range of housing solutions, including:
· 1 bedroom self contained flats
· 2 bedroom flat
· 4-5 bedroom house
The accommodation office is located on site and is open Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.

|
A website has been launched by A2 Housing Solutions to introduce their range of accommodation for Trust staff members.
The facilities are based near the Ashford site and offer short to medium term housing. The intersite hospital hopper would make them accessible to staff working at either hospital.
