When a family member or friend needs hospital treatment, whether as an A&E attendance, outpatient, inpatient or daycase, they will often like to know that someone they know is nearby for support.
Whilst both Ashford and St. Peter’s hospitals are close to the major road and rail networks, it may be more convenient for relatives and friends to arrange local accommodation. This may especially be the case if the patient will require a longer stay for their treatment. Unfortunately, the Trust can only offer limited accommodation on site for family, and these are restricted to our Paediatric and NICU areas.
