Governors want to know your views. In this section, you can send a question, raise a general issue or make a comment to your local Governor.
However, Governors cannot help you with individual complaints or concerns. The Trust’s PALS service will be very happy to help with these and their details can be found by clicking here.
Simply complete the online form below and our Foundation Trust membership team will make sure that it is passed on to the Governor relevant to your constituency.
