A year in the life of Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals Looking back over a year of achievements and challenges for Ashford & St Peter's Hospitals NHS Trust is the subject of an open meeting on Thursday, September 30. The Trust is hosting its annual general meeting at the HG Well Conference & Events Centre in Church Street East, Woking. Last year’s event attracted more than 200 people, many of whom have signed up as members to support the Trust’s application for Foundation Trust status. Chairman, Aileen McLeish, is hoping that as many people will come along to this year’s event, which starts at 6pm. Trust Chief Executive, Andrew Liles, will present an overall review of the year, and Director of Finance and Information John Headley will present a financial review. Dr Paul Crawshaw, Clinical Director, Children’s Health Service, will give a presentation of the achievements of the services provided to children at both hospitals. Copies of the Trust’s Annual Report and Summary Accounts 2009/10 will be made available at the meeting. The meeting starts at 6pm and is due to close at 7.30pm. There will be an opportunity for questions following the presentations. |
