We are delighted to be applying for NHS Foundation Trust status.
Becoming an NHS Foundation Trust will give us greater freedom and scope to provide even better services for our patients and the communities that we serve.
Although we are in the very early stages of the process we hope to be in a position to hold a public consultation on our Foundation Trust proposals early Spring 2009. This means we will hold public meetings, discussion groups and forums in each constituency asking for you to participate.
It is vital we get your input into these plans and support from all parts of the public - so whether you are students, elderly, younger or middle aged - your views and support are equally important to us.
