Following publication of the Patient Survey, The Executive Board identified four areas as work streams, with designated executive Leads.

A presentation was given to Trust staff in the Lecture Theatre, Post Graduate Centre on March 28th 2008 by Picker. The presentation has been shared at various team meetings since this date.
Work continues towards meeting the actions identified. Copies of the action plans are attached with the most recent updates.
A copy of the action plans and updates are shared with Surrey PCT as part of the contract monitoring process.
Copies of the Action Plans and updates are published here on the Trust website following presentation to the Trust Board on July 24th.
A further update will be provided to the Trust Board in October 2008 for Quarter 2 (July, August, September 2008).
