General statement of compliance
Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Trust has reviewed the Core Standards for 2009/2010. The Trust reviews the compliance with Core Standards throughout the year and for the purpose of declaration instigates detailed review and discussion with Executive leads and Core Standard owners to agree level of compliance.
The Trust Board is satisfied that it has received reasonable assurance that where Core Standards are Met, the process is robust. For those Core Standards Not Met, the Trust Board is aware of the significant lapses and is satisfied that actions in place are appropriate.
